Basic place to sleep in a clean, plain room.

I would recommend this hotel if you want just the basics at a good price. It was clean, comfortable and quiet.

We stayed at the Lee MA location. They had recently done some updating of carpets, mattresses and painting. For it's location, friendliness, price and ability to only stay one night was terrific. We have already recommended it to others and will continue to do so. ...read more

While this was a decent room, for a fair price, it was not a good trip. I was bitten by bed bugs while there, and had to hire pest control when I returned home.

The smell in the motel is horrible. I am not sure if it is mold or what.

Rooms were run down. Heat was off in room when we arrived and didn't work correctly. Had to go back to front desk for him to tell us the "trick" to getting the heater to work. We froze our butts off for 45 minutes. Shower was poor water pressure and made a loud squeaking noise. ...read more

This hotel has a very friendly and accommodating staff, is clean and well-maintained. The two double beds were comfortable, and the view across the road is nice. The heater fan was a little loud and could not be shut off without shutting off the heat, and made it harder to sleep. The bathroom also was in good shape. If you are not sensitive to fan noise, this is a good, budget hotel, since the rooms are on the smaller side and there is no restaurant or lobby to speak of.
